Woodlands Conference Centre Room Hire
Rooms at the Woodlands Conference Centre are charged out at £245.00 per day or £145.00 for half a day. The centre is available 7 days a week from 8am to 12 midnight, to suit your requirements.

Discounts are available for multiple or regular bookings and for bookings from tenants of Ponderosa Business Park.
Woodlands Conference Centre requires a 50% deposit for all bookings. Cancellation charges apply to all bookings, refer to our Terms and Conditions for full details.
Woodlands Conference Centre offer refreshment and buffet style menus throughout the day, examples of our menus are available for download.
The Acorn Suite
Description:
Situated on the ground floor of the rotunda, the Acorn Suite has suspended ceilings and lighting, combined with a large quantity of windows, which give a light airy feel to the room.
The suite has its own breakout room, furnished with soft comfortable furniture including a selection of tables and chairs.

The Rowan Suite
Description:
Located on the first floor of the rotunda the Rowan Suite has high circular ceilings giving lots of natural light, coupled with spot lighting and a top of the range sound system making this an ideal presentation room.
With its own breakout room which can be divided off for group work. this suite is light and airy with a mix of soft seating and tables and chair.
The suite can be set out to your requirements.
