The Lakeside Restaurant is proud to work in conjunction with the Ponderosa Therapeutic Farm and the Woodlands Conferencing Centre in helping people with mixed abilities from all sections of the community. Helping to provide employment for people with learning and physical disabilites and to help create an economic bridge between communities to provide sustainable futures.

Lakeside Restaurant

The newly built Lakeside Restaurant was opened in July 2008 on Ponderosa Farm in Heckmondwike. Set in award winning gardens overlooking a beautiful lake, the restaurant provides outstanding home cooked food with a wide range of menus to please everyone. Catering for any event from birthdays, anniversaries, christenings, weddings and high school proms. We also cater for funeral teas and wakes. The restaurant also runs events throughout the year to coincide with Ponderosa Park and the Woodlands Conference Centre.

 

The restaurant can seat up to 150 guests with a soft seating area to provide a relaxing environment, outside there is a pleasant seating area were you can enjoy your meals or a relaxing drink from our fully licensed bar

The Lakeside Restaurant is open daily throughout the year with set menus served on a Friday and Saturday evening also serving a carvery on a Sunday. We are open throughout Christmas with a good range of menus from buffets to 3 and 4 course meals.

We offer a safe environment for all the family with 24 hour CCTV throughout the restaurant and Ponderosa Park area with secure parking area.
